WOODED RIDES

Explore the maritime forests of St. Simons Island as you meander under the majestic live oaks.  Our guided trails snake through paths frequented by native deer and opossums with views over Lake Frederica dotted with many species of birds, including herons and bald eagles.

For our less experienced youngsters, The Stables at Frederica offers 20-minute guided pony rides around our beautiful grounds on the north end of St. Simons Island. Bring the little ones to view our beautiful horses and take a lakeside stroll atop one of our friendly ponies.
